VocabWiz.org is the result of our memorable journey of learning new words in our school days. Both Abhishek Aggarwal and Avneesh Aggarwal migrated to US from India in 2001 at the age of 10. We quickly realized the sincere need to jump start our vocabulary for good performance at the standard college entrance tests like SAT and ACT. Also this would help enhance the verbal comprehension required for a good academic performance. Our Dad would create a poster every day with a difficult word with its meaning, an appropriate sentence containing the word and a blank line at the end to let us create a sentence and learn the word. We did this together for 1000 words. After going to college we wanted to share this knowledge with our friends, community and the peer students. We conducted the community classes for a year in 2010 here at Dayton OH. We present and share this knowledge accumulated in 5 years to you through this website VocabWiz.Org.
